Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce that our Board is implementing a new communication system that will enable us to contact parents and guardians quickly and easily via email, text message and/or voice callout. This system will be critical in ensuring that we are delivering timely information to families, especially in an emergency situation. It will also be used to provide important updates about what is happening in our school community.
In order to ensure a successful rollout of this new tool, we must verify that your contact information (in particular your cell phone, email and home phone - if and when applicable) are accurate and up-to-date. Please carefully review the information contained in the Student Verification Form that is being sent home with your child. After reviewing, please indicate any changes/updates on the form and return to the school as soon as possible.
