Scholastic Book Orders Online

Time to plan your SUMMER READING LIST
Dear Parents,
We are excited to let you know that we have set up an online account with Scholastic so that you can purchase books for your children throughout the school year, while also supporting the library at SJV! Any points earned through the program will be used to purchase new library books for all of our students to enjoy.
We will be accepting online orders only to reduce waste and maximize the benefit to the school. But don’t worry, ordering is easy! Simply visit www.scholastic.ca and:
1. Click “Place your reading club order” under the Parents tab
2. Click “Connect to Teacher”
3. Find “St John Vianney School” after selecting “Ontario” and “Barrie”
4. Select “Hall, Rosetta” from the drop down box
5. Follow the instructions to set up your own profile
Please only add the names of your child(ren) currently enrolled at St John Vianney, as Mme Hall will distribute the orders to your child’s teacher to be sent home.
There are Reading Clubs for all ages and abilities!
- • Elf – Preschool level (ages 2-5)
- • SeeSaw – JK, SK and Gr. 1
- • Lucky – Gr. 2 & 3
- • Arrow & Middle School – Gr. 4 & Up
- • Club de lecture – French books for all ages
Online ordering is available immediately, so get searching for books to read this summer! Orders placed before Friday June 8th will be delivered before the end of the school year.
